Jacqueline Plummer, Operations & Client Experience
Every great relationship begins with making people feel cared for
While investment strategies and financial plans are important, I’ve always believed that the little things matter just as much. Returning a phone call. Remembering a birthday. Answering a question before it becomes a worry. My role is to make every interaction with Fischer Wealth Management feel personal, organized, and effortless..
What Jacqueline Means to Fischer Wealth
Behind every thoughtful investment strategy and every financial plan is someone making sure the experience feels effortless.
Jacqueline brings a level of compassion, organization, and genuine care that can’t be measured on a balance sheet—but our clients experience it every day. While Paul and Ryan focus on the big picture, she makes sure every detail reflects the standard we’ve built our firm upon.
It’s one of the reasons so many clients tell us they feel like family.
"People may not remember every of a conversation, but they'll always remember how you made them feel."
Jacqueline's Philosophy
The Little Things Matter
The Care Behind the Advice
Working alongside Paul and Ryan for more than nine years has given me a perspective few people ever get to see. I've watched the conversations, the plans designed, and the careful thought that happens long before a recommendation is ever shared with a client. There are no shortcuts, no rushing to the next meeting, and no settling for "good enough." I've come to appreciate that what truly makes Fischer Wealth different isn't just the portfolios they build—it's the responsibility they feel for every family who places their trust in us. Seeing that level of care every day has only strengthened my belief in the work we do.
Portfoilo Arent the Only Thing We Grow
People may come to Fischer Wealth Management because of our investment management and planning philosophy. They stay because of the relationships we build together.
Clients Become Family
Holiday cards become family updates. Phone calls become conversations. Clients introduce their children, grandchildren, and lifelong friends because they know they'll receive the same care they've experienced for years. That doesn't happen because we ask. Its the result of treating people the way we'd want our own family to be treated.
Beyond the office
A Canadian native and youngest of three girls, Jacqueline was born in North Vancouver, British Columbia. In 2005, she moved to Florida where she married her husband, Jermaine.
They now have three small children, Nathaniel, Madison and Savannah, and reside in Apopka, Florida.
Jacqueline enjoys spending her free time with her family, soaking up the Florida sun and, with her Caribbean roots, enjoying cultural events. Taking after her father, a retired culinary chef, you will find her in the kitchen preparing one of her famous baked goods with a glass of wine in hand. Jacqueline also donates her time to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), an organization very near and dear to her heart, as her eldest was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2014.
